What brand shirts do you use?

How are your products printed?

        Our main methods of printing are DTG (direct to garment) and vinyl. The method that is used is highly dependent on the design, the color garment, and the material of the garment. In the instance of a design going viral, some orders will be screen printed. 

What are the care instructions?

Shirts and sweatshirts can be machine wash cold with like colors. Shirts with foil designs should be hand washed to protect the design.

How can I become an affiliate partner?

We offer our affiliate program through Tiktok. If you are a TikTok creator, you can link our product to your videos and earn a 15% commission for each product sold because of your video(s). Our TikTok shop and username is Hottees.

Are you a real company?

Yes! This is a mama-owned small business based out of South Florida. All our designs are created by the owner and products are printed in-house. We do not outsource production.

SHIPPING

Where will my order ship from?

All orders ship out of West Palm Beach, Florida.

When should I expect to receive my order?

Processing time is currently 3-7 business days. Shipping time is dependent on the shipping method selected. Standard shipping is normally 3-5 days. If you are located in Florida and select UPS ground, you can expect to receive your order 1 day after your order ships (excluding the panhandle). 

Can I expedite my order?

If you are wanting to place an order for a time sensitive situation, expedited shipping options are available at checkout. Selecting faster shipping does not affect processing time. If you are unsure whether you will receive your order on time or would like to know before ordering, please contact us at support@shophottees.com so we can try to accommodate your needs.

What if I don't receive my order?

If your order is lost in transit, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue. USPS does not consider a package lost until 14 days have passed with no tracking updates. In the event that the order is truly lost, we will replace your order for free.

How can I get free shipping?

All U.S. orders ship for free if you spend $40 after discounts and excluding possible taxes. Free shipping is only for standard shipping (ground) and does not include 2-day or overnight shipping.

 

REFUNDS + CANCELLATIONS

What is your return policy?

Since all orders are made to order, we do not accept returns. Please make sure to read size charts and make sure the size selected is correct prior to ordering.

What is your cancellation policy?

We do not accept cancellations. In the event that your order has not entered our processing stage, we may accept your cancellation request. Please e-mail us at support@shophottees.com.

What is your refund policy?

No refunds will be given for consumer errors (ex. wrong size, not delivered on time, wrong color, wrong address). Forced returns will not be accepted. If your order is incorrect due to our error, we will gladly replace or refund.
